I've been struggling for a way to document what I read. Part of it is volume, part of it is dissatisfaction with the various software that's out there. I remember seeing an MLK exhibit a while back where he had these small fileboxes with hundreds and hundreds of 5x7 index cards for notes on stuff he'd read. Man, was that cool. Ah, what a great idea.
