5 YEARS OF BLACKING OUT

Wednesday, October 20th, 2010

I made my first blackout poem five years ago. What a ride.

To celebrate, I thought I’d post 10 of my favorite poems from 2009-2010. (Minus everything in Newspaper Blackout — you can also browse the “Greatest Hits” from 2006-2008)

Thanks so much to everyone for reading. For the rest of the week, you can use the code FIVEYEARS in the store and get 15% off everything! Check it out→

Austin, congrats on five years of poem making! Of these 10, my favorites are “His Beard” and “What Is Marriage.” My all-time favorites thus far continue to be “There is nothing like that first book…” and “I am looking to write something…” (I’m not sure what their titles are.) Bravo, my friend!
